New Class! - Gentle Yoga                                                                                         We are excited to offer a new class!  It starts next Wednesday, the 15th at 5pm.   Gentle yoga is a slower paced yoga class here at Yoga Anand Ashram.  It allows for individual adjustments and modifications to meet the needs of each student.   It is ideal for those who have movement limitations from injuries, or for the cautious beginner.  As with all classes, breathing, body awareness, and meditation are incorporated for a complete yoga class.  Taught by Vanessa Uybarreta, Licensed Massage Therapist, Myofascial Release therapist.
